Transparency

Transparency - a new fav word
Of the politicians' vocab,
Used when they really want kept blurred
To taxpayers who pay the tab.
Freedom from pretense or deceit,
Ease to see through and understand -
Tests politicians seldom meet,
Living in their fantasyland.
What politicians have lots of,
That's transparent technically,
Is all the hot air blown above
Them, talking their "transparency."

When politicians want to spend,
They blow their hot air to no end.
