Sense Sonnet - Pumper

 Awaiting Family

Mrs. Rabbit, a widow, I

Raised my children in forest dale.

One son, three daughters, Peter guy,

Flopsy, Mopsy and Cottontail.

The old Rabbit hole we moved from,

When this working Mom made good pay,

And to a treehouse we did come,

Where I live to this very day.

Now I'm relaxing with a book,

Waiting for kids and grandkids to

Visit me, and a meal I'll cook

That will tickle their tummies, true.

Years ago, Playboy Bunny, me,

But now retired, home Mum I be.
