Sense Sonnet - Pumper

 My Salvation Psalm

I stand beside this lovely stream,

With righteousness in life's pursuit,

And hoping to fulfill God's dream

That in goodness I will bear fruit.

Ever vigilant I must be,

For wickedness is all around,

Seeking the destruction of me.

But in God's faith I stand my ground,

As pestilence does swarm about,

Threatening me with stress and strife.

I pray to God, and have no doubt

That salvation does bless my life.

Thank God, with righteousness I stay,

As God's wind blows wicked away.
