Sense Sonnet - Pumper

Do Day

Business women - we are there.
Glass ceilings still high up in place.
Climbing, we keep the perfect hair,
No matter hazards that we face.
Men pass us by, bushy and bald,
Sometimes stepping on our coif.
Most of gal numbers never called.
That glass ceiling is so far off.
We pay the price for hair be good.
Loads of cash and lots of abuse.
But men still rule corporatehood.
So good hair/ bad hair - what's the use?

Delilah cut off Samson's hair.
He lost his strength, she earned her fare.
