Libertary Tale

Once upon a time there prevailed
The Libertarians in charge.
Gov that had gotten so detailed,
Was lawed as outlawed, by and large.
Free city/states were the in thing,
Each promoting prosperity,
And the only laws existing
To protect against injury.
Each city/state competed for
Products and services that would
Entice good citizens galore,
To optimize the neighborhood.

For a time there was much peace and hope,
But Washington D.C. could not cope.
