Sense Sonnet - Pumper
I'm Weirdly Normal
I grow up in a neighborhood,
Lots of neighbors do call me weird.
My folks don't think that is too good,
Try to assure me, as I'm raised,
That, yes, I do look different from
All the neighbors, and my folks, too,
But is not a fact worrisome.
I am a normal human, who
Should not fret if I'm weird or not.
I have a very normal mind.
And my folks do love me a lot,
Let neighbors talk, try to be kind.
I guess that weird to them I be,
Normal Martians adopted me.
