 Avenging Alarm Clock

Humans have trouble waking up.

So I was invented by them,

Alarm clock, waker upper, yup,

But humans give me much mayhem.

They set me wrong so I don't sound

The alarm and that makes them mad.

They set me right and then they pound

Upon me, blaming me as bad

For waking them up as I should.

But now with A.I. I'm programmed,

And when they treat me not so good,

I get even and they be damned.

So I hit them, when they hit me,

Truly alarming I now be.
