A treasure trove of goldenrod,

Lovely sweet flowers all abloom.

A sight and scent I so applaud,

And quickly to the flowers zoom.

The nectar of goldenrod is

Nutrient concentrated so

Motivates my filler up biz,

For my food pantry overflow.

And goldenrod pollen is best

To gather up as much as I can,

For stockpiling in my snug nest,

Goldenrod hangout, awesome plan!

Winter soon for this bumblebee,

This goldenrod, must stop for me.
