Sense Sonnet - Acher
My Caprice
On a caprice, I married her,
Though just knew her for a short while.
It would be wedded bliss for sure,
As she walked toward me down the aisle.
On a caprice, my family
And friends had warned me to beware,
That maybe she was not for me.
But what they thought, I gave no care.
On a caprice, the first such whim
That has turned out to be no fun.
In fact my life has turned quite grim.
I so regret what I had done.
On this caprice, I've had no peace,
Since I got married to Caprice.
