Sense Sonnet - Pumper
My Tom
Through the alleys he loves to roam.
He has street smarts and so I know,
When gets the urge, he will come home.
It's just his way to come and go.
And so I let him do his thing,
The arrangement we two agreed.
Neighbors complain when he does sing.
Quite vocal he can be indeed.
He knows that he can count on me
To provide lots of tasty snack,
And provide him safe company.
As a charmer, he's got the knack.
Now seeking out potential mom,
But will return to me, my Tom.
