Sense Sonnet - Chiller
After You
You swept me off my feet and we
Eloped and moved far, far away
From contempt of my family.
You, just after my money, they
Kept warning me, but I would not
Listen to them, you were the one
That in my dreams I always sought.
Now my dream come true had begun.
A remote, lovely home we found,
With a huge outdoor barbeque.
You planned that there I would be bound,
After I was murdered by you.
After you, I'm in parts unknown,
Burned then buried, just ash and bone.
