Sense Sonnet - Acher

 Dream House

Wooden matchsticks I glued so that

I could build something quite unique,

To become my home habitat

Of which Guinness records would speak.

It took ten years and millions of

Matchsticks to build house of my dreams,

With three bedrooms, two bathes to love,

Living room with high ceilinged beams.

At times I thought I never would

Be done, but then to my delight,

My house was finished, all was good.

It was a chilly winter night.

In the fireplace I lit a fire,

Not hard to guess what did transpire.
