At the old folks home, a bunch of

Us rock and roll gals formed a band,

Back to hippie days, peace and love.

Took "Rock of Ages" hymnal and

Gave it respectful but new sound,

Something easier to dance to.

News of this revamp got around,

Lots of performing we would do.

And suddenly a hit we had,

Top of the charts the song did go.

Success of it made us all glad.

Requested wherever we show.

We rocker band of great grandmoms

Are quite a fav at senior proms.
