 Just So You Know

"Obey me and be good," Mom said.

I was and so Mom gave me you,

A big balloon all shiny red.

And so here's what we're gonna do.

We're gonna go outside and walk

All through the neighborhood and hear

The neighbors look at us and talk

Of how so cool we do appear.

So you know, last balloon I had,

We went outside, and it got loose.

And that balloon was very bad,

My call to come back of no use.

"Come back to me," you hear me say,

Red balloon, you better obey.
