Ultima Thule

NASA's New Horizons probe be
Flying by Ultima Thule,
A billion miles past Pluto - gee!
The probe has come quite a long way.
Ultima Thule got the name,
And does mean beyond the known world.
The farthest that explorers came
From Earth into the heavens hurled.
Believed to be a frozen rock,
When the solar system formed first.
It was a cast off building block,
Along with many interspersed.

Hopefully, New Horizons can
Send some pictures - that is the plan.
