They partnered together for sale,
Doing something that was unique -
Publishing a sales catalog,
Letting the public take a peek,
Consumer excitement agog!
Pages full of products galore,
And stated as a bargain price,
Much better than the local store,
Mailing for orders was so nice.

The forerunner to Amazon,
Sears & Roebuck alas is gone.
