Tree Kangaroo

Tree kangaroos live up above
In trees found in the down under,
Having a teddy bear look of,
Making watchers really wonder.
But tree kangaroos represent
Marsupial macropods true.
Shorter legs and longer arms - hint,
For doing tree climbing, they do.
'Bout thirty inches, thirty pounds,
Not counting a long, thick, furred tail.
From tree to tree, making the rounds,
Using sharp claws for grip avail.

Endangered by the human threat,
Tree time no more would be the bet.
