Freedom of Some Speech

On U.S. Constitution Day,
Penn State said no to passing out
Constitutions in peaceful way,
Cuz Penn State had its rules, no doubt.
Fast forward a few months from then,
Students protesting the police.
The Penn State prez did get the yen
To join the protest done in peace,
Citing the freedom of speech right
The Constitution does provide.
It would appear Penn State rules might
Be bent to suit a favored side.

Constitution is not speech free!
Penn State does state what free speech be!
