We meerkats hear the humans say
That a cornucopia is
Goodies filled for Thanksgiving Day,
Right before the Black Friday biz,
Where human stuff goes on big sale.
But we get goodies here for free,
Quicker than the flick of a tail,
Diving into horns of plenty,
To see and to hear and to smell,
And to touch and to taste goodies,
Humans have selected so well -
Thanksgiving opportunities.
