Sense Sonnet - Pumper

Retake

One hundred years ago, the ship,
Titanic, made sad history,
Striking a berg, causing a flip,
Sinking to immortality.
Kept alive in print and on screen,
The tales do float fiction with fact,
Preserved in timeless 'twixt and 'tween,
Real and unreal that still attract.
Thus, a memorial cruise will,
Fully booked, sail on the same course,
With expectations to fulfill
The needs of now from the then source.

If disaster strikes as before,
Another hundred years of more.
