"America's Got Talent" judge?
Why oh why would NBC pay
Big bucks for Stern to sling his sludge?
'Cause the public tunes in foul play.
A talent judge, all sweet and nice,
Is good down at the local school,
But prime time will pay any price
For bad, bad's good biz as a rule.

Good ratings have followed bad Stern.
Such ratings NBC does yearn.
