Sense Sonnet - Tickler

Ups and Downs

I'm up for grabs - that's the lowdown;
Down for the count for the close up.
I'm up a tree if I'm let down,
And down the drain goes my buildup.
If up in arms, I'll just break down,
And down the line woe my blow up.
Up in the air, I want touch down;
Come down to Earth with no touchup.
What's up my sleeve is no showdown.
There's down the hatch for my backup.
Up front you're making me melt down.
Down to the wire, my drives pick up.

Hands down, please help me to bone up,
As rubdown strokes become what's up.
