 Age to Wear Safety Factor

My 3 year old granddaughter, Sue,

I let play dress up in clothes I

No longer wear, I happen to,

Near the closet be walking by,

See Sue pull out a high heels pair

Of my shoes, and tries to step in.

Then suddenly I am aware

This is a danger to Sue when

She starts to lose her balance, so

Before she falls, I lift her out.

Sue's unhappy with me, I know,

Wants to hear a why not, no doubt.

Too young to wear these shoes, she's told

By Grandma who is now too old.
