 Samurai Warrior

An Onna-musha warrior, she,

Armed with her naginata sword,

Stands on the mountain cliff to be

Preparing body and mind toward

Fighting invading armies that

Too very soon will arrive to

Threaten her family habitat.

So fight to death, she's called to do.

The cherry blossoms fall around

Her, and she takes brave heart from them.

For in their grace and beauty's found

Courage to face coming mayhem.

She hears the cherry blossoms call.

She shares their honor, should she fall.
