She welcomed me when I first came.

I knew that we would get along.

Soon I learned that Sue is her name,

First impression of her, not wrong.

Sue encouraged me to take up

Painting to spend some of my time.

It's fun, and so to thank her, yup,

A special gift for Sue, now I'm

Using lots of yellow and green

Paint, main colors that Sue does wear,

A painting to show that I mean

A lot of thanks for her great care.

This monkey's thanks for Sue I do,

Painting my keeper at the zoo.
