Sense Sonnet - Acher

 Nessie

When I was young, to Scotland I

Traveled, destination, Loch Ness.

After filled with large ale supply,

Off to see mythical beast, yes!

On the shore of the Loch, my aim

To see for myself, Nessie, who

Must have heard me yelling, she came,

Winked at me, then disappeared, true!

Many years later, I went back,

This time sober, stood on the shore,

Yelled, and then from the waters black,

My Nessie reappeared once more.

Seeing her now, I'm a sad one,

Nessie is just her skeleton
