Prometheus dared to give fire

To humans and a big no no,

Resulting in head god Zeus' ire.

And had Prometheus chained so

Daily his liver would be ate

Forever by an eagle bird.

Zeus was satisfied with such fate,

Until he somehow got the word

That Prometheus knew of plot

To overthrow Zeus, so this fact

Allowed his freedom to be bought.

Zeus sent Hercules for this act.

Prometheus know Zeus' downfall be,

So as stool pigeon he was set free.
