Sense Sonnet - Pumper

 Throne Back and Forth

When daddy became mummy, I

Cleopatra, sat on his throne.

Two death god statues were nearby,

So wanted a chair of my own.

Eighteen years old, I had to share

It with Ptolemy, baby bro.

Awful crowded, both in one chair,

So one of us just had to go.

As it turned out, I had to flee.

But got hold of Caesar in Rome

Who sent an army to help me.

Soon, sole ruler, went back home.

Now back on daddy's throne I sit.

I'm getting better used to it.
