 My Fruitful Journey

Upon God's vine a branch I be

Living in heavenly pursuit,

With Jesus taking care of me,

Helping me to bear worthy fruit.

Always I need to beware of

Straying away to lures of sin,

Leaving the light of Jesus' love,

Causing a withering within.

Only God's truth I need to know,

And letting Jesus guide my time.

For then as a branch I will grow

In full fruitfulness as I climb.

Cared for by Jesus in life mine,

I grow in goodness to divine.
