 In God's Name

The state of Iran boasts it be

A nation ruled under God's will,

An Islamic theocracy

With moral rulings to fulfill

What male powers do think is right,

That women be a gender who

Are servants in both sound and sight,

To serve men, all women must do.

And when the women don't obey,

Into harsh prisons they be thrown,

Raped and tortured each night and day

For failure to God to atone.

A woman suffers direst fate,

Imprisoned in this terror state.
