 Count Me In!

On my way home from work I sit

At the bus stop when sits by me

A lady with a bird to wit,

A live ostrich, whose big eyes be

Giving me a smickering look.

The lady says that they are lost.

A wrong turn to the zoo they took.

A bumfuzzle tale tale I am tossed?

If so, it's a blue ribbon one.

I tell her that this bus will go

By the zoo, she says, "Oh how fun."

I say I'll go 'long for this show.

The lady does ask one more thing.

Could we all stop for chicken wing?
