 Peter the Martyr

Apostle Peter wavered in

Belief and faith in Jesus Christ.

Jesus forgave him of this sin,

Before God's son was sacrificed.

Peter then turned his life around,

And went to Rome with martyred goal,

Build Jesus' Church, which he did found,

Giving his body, mind and soul.

As Jesus foretold, Peter be

Condemned to crucifixion turn.

Peter  got immortality,

Nero fiddled while Rome did burn.

Peter did die by mortal fates,

Now in charge of the Pearly Gates.
