 Find Faith to Heal

My body and spirit and mind

Need care by me each day and night.

If I neglect then I can find

That some attacking disease might

Get inside of me and take hold,

Causing me lots of pain and strife.

If I let such as this unfold,

Then I do not live a good life.

I need to meditate and pray,

To ask God for serenity,

And to live through each night and day,

Knowing God is always with me.

When disease decides to attack,

I have faith that God has my back.
