Sense Sonnet - Steamer

 The Jungle Balk

As a wolf I am quite amused

That humans think a jungle is

Where I do run, don't be confused

By tales and songs of human biz.

We wolves have varied habitat,

In forest and desert and plain,

Even the arctic we are at,

But jungle is not wolf domain.

I'm sure a jungle is a place

A lot of animals do run,

Sweating in hot and steamy chase,

For a wolf, not a lot of fun.

Feel free to come and run with me,

But in a jungle I'll not be.
