Sense Sonnet - Pumper

Spider Tortoise - LP Zoo

A spider tortoise and I do
Be found in Madagascar land,
Visiting the Lincoln Park Zoo
In the small reptile house firsthand.
The smallest of the tortoise kind,
About six inches long in size,
Can live seventy years - fact find.
I don't do too much exercise.
And why the spider in my name?
That comes from patterns on my shell,
Making a yellow web like frame,
An artsy place in which I dwell.

I'll know it's you when you come by.
I'll poke my head out and say "Hi."
