In Oz Believe

The Wizard of Oz - at the end,
Dorothy awakes in black and white.
Was her trip real or just pretend?
I and some others do delight
In seeing then a splash of red.
The ruby slippers are right there.
So not a dream, but real instead,
A magical but true affair.
Most others complain they don't see,
And I and those like me just smile.
If not believed then may not be.
I tell others - just look a while.

I see ruby slippers because
I believe in the Land of Oz.
