Sense Sonnet - Chiller

Capital Idea

Pilgrims arrived on Plymouth Rock.
Native Americans brought corn
As a welcoming gift food stock.
But paleface farming was forlorn,
Doing it like communists would,
Cutting the pie in equal shares,
No matter who was bad or good,
Resulting in starving welfare.
Pilgrims changed to capitalists.
Private profits fueled mind and bod.
As for the native first assists -
"They don't believe in our God."

"We'll kill off those savages, and"
"Capitalize on stolen land."
