The Flintstones reigned prime toon supreme.
The family show left its mark
With funny stuff, not too extreme.
The show started in black and white,
Then went to color, as T.V.
Showed humor innocently light.
Laughtracks cued when the laughs should be.
Traditional husband and wife.
At home Wilma and at work Fred
Lived animated cave folk life,
Never together in one bed.
