Lady Komaci

A Komaci spider I am,
Of the Nephila genus clan.
Quite a full bodied ma'am
And leggy with a 4 inch span.
I weave the largest web that's known,
A golden orb of silky spokes,
Across a 5 foot snacking zone,
Mostly catching the insect folks,
But a bat or a bird oft do
Find their way into my domain,
Adding entrees to my menu.
I feel no need to entertain.

My hubby always satisfies,
Even though a tenth of my size.
