Sense Sonnet - Tickler
Justices Moms
The U.S. Constitution is
Amended so that moms alone
Can decide the Supreme Court biz,
Giving laws a maternal tone.
While a majority of men
Mess up the other branches two,
Sanity's renewable when
The Court does what all good moms do,
When teaching children right from wrong.
Lay down the law but lovingly,
With lots of smiles, perhaps a song,
Wanting what's best for all to be.
Then I wake up and it would seem
My Justice Moms were but a dream.
