End the Trend

About one third of kids drop out
Of high school, with no end in sight.
A national great ill, no doubt.
Whatever's wrong - let's make it right.
Some districts are improving well.
We need to learn from what they do.
Other nations' success could tell
Us ways and means we should try too.
Incentives to learn are a must.
And until good ones are instilled,
Let's bribe kids to stay in school, just
Until their heads are self fulfilled.

High school must become the way
For each kid to spend the day.
