Sense Sonnet - Acher

In My Biz

I opened up my place of biz.
Soon after, I was hounded by
Bunches of botherings - gee whiz!
Local, state and fed govs said I
Had to have this and required that.
Red tape and paperwork kept me
From customers, and sales were flat.
I was the only employee,
But union reps bugged me to join.
Big box stores tried to run me out.
End of the day, I flipped a coin.
But it got grabbed - tax man no doubt.

It's a lot harder than I planned
For just a kid's lemonade stand.
