 Record Playing Naughtiness

When they first came onto the scene,

Mom and Dad forbid them around,

Which I thought was so very mean,

But disobey meant I'd be ground.

So into the house I snuck them,

And kept them well hidden away,

To avoid parental mayhem.

But any chance, and I would play

Them on the record player, and

Danced and sang to each album song

That blasted from this groovy band.

Critics of them were simply wrong.

Whenever Mom and Dad were out,

The Beatles rocked and rolled no doubt.
