 Our Spousal Nicknames

My nicknames for my spouse do be

Sugarsweet to her face for sure.

But whenever not facing me,

Sourpuss is her moniker.

Often, when I've too much to drink,

And the wife gets right in my face,

"Sourpuss" said before I think,

And then she's really on my case,

Ending up with I get thrown out.

Wrong nickname right to her face, dang!

Her one nickname for me, no doubt,

Easy for her, I'm Boomerang.

I guess called this, cuz of my knack,

She throws me out, and I come back.
