So driving to this small town, I

Take up the billboard's nice invite.

The Blue Swallow Motel is my

Pick here, I'm gonna spend the night.

I see the mountain, town's named for,

As 'round the town I walk about,

Lovely painted murals galore,

And a fun fact that I find out.

Wishbone, T.V.'s  "Rawhide" cook be

Born right here in Tucumcari.
