 My Special Guest

When to my home I wish a guest,

It goes without my saying that

Nothing special need I request,

Being here in my habitat.

No special meal need I prepare,

No special table seating chart.

Just my willingness all to share

With such a guest with a pure heart.

Welcome all friends and family,

Welcome strangers who happen by.

My guest loves all and not just me.

I have learned to understand why.

Always accepting my invite,

Jesus comes with gift of insight.
