 "What's Up?"

A popular question folks ask,

"What's up?" Kind of like, "How are you?"

Leaving the questioned with the task

Of telling lie or telling true.

So now when asked, I try to tell

The truth I learned in Sunday School.

Up is heaven and down is hell.

So I prefer up as a rule.

When I reply in such a way,

That "What's up?" is heavenly bliss,

Most questioners look in dismay,

Wondering why I'm saying this.

"What's up?" When question asked of me,

I reply, "One day hope I'll be."
