 If the Moon Turns Green

Ireland was serious about

Sending a rocket to the moon,

And announced that there was no doubt

It would happen time opportune.

And sure enough one Christmas Eve

An Irish rocket launched into

Space toward the moon, the Earth to learn,

For Ireland, yes, a dream come true.

Later, the Irish rocket went

Into steady orbit around

The moon, then many drones were sent

On a mission that would astound.

St. Patrick's Day, from Earth was seen

The Irish had turned the moon green.
