Sense Sonnet - Pumper
Dropped My Thought
Sir Isaac Newton, thinker he,
Thought he would sit down one fine day
Right under me, an apple tree.
A thought I had but could not say
Was that this thinking human would
Be a perfect one to take with
A theory I thought was quite good,
Gravity be real, not mere myth.
Somehow I had to give him my
Thinking on this gravity thing,
So picked one of my apples high
To take my thought in a dropping.
This thought I had could not be said,
So dropped an apple on his head.
