Sense Sonnet - Chiller
Cheated On No More
I learned my wife did like to roam,
To share the beds with other men.
She was not one to stay at home.
Adultery for her no sin.
I begged my wife to change her ways.
But she would only laugh at me.
Cheating on me seemed not to faze
Her, leaving me in misery.
One night my wife came home quite late.
I snuck up and I strangled her.
Embalmed in the tub was her fate.
No more cheating on me for sure.
My wife stays home, now that she's dead.
For always now, she'll share my bed.
